General Surgery Department:
All kinds of general surgical procedures inclusive of open as well as laproscopic abdominal surgery, surgery of endocrine organs, and peripheral structures are being carried out. Prof. Dr. C K Gupta, Prof. Dr. S. D. Mourya, Dr. Sameer Kumar, Dr. H. L Rajpoot, Dr. J.P.S. Sakhya, Dr. R.K. Tripathi, and Dr. Piyush Agarwal are carrying out general surgeries regularly. Besides these consultants, many other surgeons are also doing specialized surgeries.

Neonatal & Paediatric Surgery Department:
Under this specialized branch 1-day-old babies to 14 years old children are being operated under the care of super specialist, Dr. Kishore Panjwani (M CH -Paediatric Surgery). Under this branch following surgeries/procedures are being carried out regularly:
Paediatric Gastro - Intestinal surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery, Paediatric Urology, Paediatric Thoracic surgery, Paediatric Neuro surgery, Congenital Malformations, and Paediatric Oncology.

We are also doing Paediatric Endoscopy such as- Oesophagoscopy, Bronchoscopy Endourology, and Laproscopy.

Plastic, Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery Department:
In addition to the unit of Plastic, Cosmetic & Reconstructive surgeries, a unit of microscopic surgery and a specialized Burn Unit are functioning under the supervision of super specialized Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. Our Burn unit is fully equipped and is provided in an isolated space within the same campus.

Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Department:
Dr. Anil Gupta (M. Ch.) along with other surgeons is doing operations of Heart, Lungs, Blood Vessels and other organs of the chest. We also have the facility of pacemaker implantation and open-heart surgery. We have a separate post operation ICCU for further management of the critical patients.

Genitourinary Surgery Department:
This department is functioning under the supervision of the super specialized genitourinary surgeon doing all kinds of Endo Urological procedures.

Department of Orthopedic & Traumatology:
Under the close supervision of the management, department is functioning with round the clock emergency and casualty department to take all kinds of accidents. We also have the facility of specialized Joint replacement & minimal invasive orthopedics under the supervision of arthroscopy surgeon. The department is also having an image intensifier with close circuit TV monitoring for accurate results.
A specialized physiotherapy unit is also functioning under the guidance of an orthopedic surgeon.

Department of Ophthalmology:
It is one of the highly advance State- of- the- Art unit of the U.P. & Uttranchal State. Department is functioning with all diagnostic, surgical and other routine services related to posterior and anterior segment. Dr. Gujan Prakash M.D. Ophthalmology (AIIMS) is heading the unit.

Otonasolaryngology (ENT) Department:
Dr. Ajay Mahajan, Dr. Rajeev Pachouri, and Dr. Prashant Jain, are carrying out all kinds of ENT related surgeries regularly. Besides routine surgeries we have the facility of operating microscope and endoscopes for advanced procedures. We also have the facility for hearing aids.

Department of Oncology:
Dr. Narendra Deo (M. Ch.), cancer surgeon is doing the cancer surgery. Under the supervision of Dr. Narendra Deo we have the facility of chemotherapy also. We also have an in house cancer physician to look after the post operation consequences.

Neuro Surgery:
Head injury & spinal trauma, Brain Tumuor, Brain Hemorrhage, disc prolapse, spinal surgery, Brain & Spinal cord disease etc. are being treated by this unit. Dr. Arvind Agarwal (M. Ch.), Neuro surgeon is heading the department. Besides him other neuro surgeons are also performing the surgeries at Pushpanjali. Department also has the in house support of the neuro physician. To deal with head injuries, we have a good team of specialists for trauma management.

Oral & Dental Care Unit:
A specialized dental unit is being managed for all kinds of the dental surgeries, oral & cosmetic care, and implantation. We have a team of Implantologist, oral & Dental Surgeon, and Dental & Cosmetic Surgeon. Unit is having all modern equipments and programmed dental chair. Department also has the dental X-ray facility.

General Medicine:
A large team of specialized physicians are treating all kinds of medical disorders including endocrinology. We also have an emergency team of resident doctors for the better & immediate cure.

Cardiology:
It is organized with the arrangements of all non-interventional investigations such as electrophysiology, TMT, ECHO-Cardiography, Holter studies etc., and a well-equipped 14 bedded Intensive Cardiac Care Unit. Dr. Rajeev Mangal (DM Cardiology) is heading the unit. Besides him many other senior cardiologists are associated for doing the investigation and treatment. The department has debefilator, monitor and bedside monitoring arrangement with ultra modern multi para digital monitors. We also have monthly pediatric cardiology clinic headed by Senior Consultant practicing in Paediatric Cardiology of Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.

Nephrology:
A specialized department with number of dialysis machines is being headed by Dr. Umesh Arora, D.M. Nephrology and supported by the specialized resident doctors and technicians. This department is having the arrangement of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, kidney biopsy, IV study etc. We are also planning to start the facility of renal transplant very soon.

Neurology:
This Department is functioning under the supervision of the super specialist in neurology treating all kinds of neurological disorders. Dr. Bharti Bansal and Dr. Vikas Bansal are treating the patient of these ailments.

Gastroenterology:
Through this department DM Gastroenterology- Dr. Dinesh Gupta is extending his super specialized services. Department is equipped with the endoscopes such as gastroscope, Colonoscope etc. for diagnostic as well as therapeutic treatment.

Paediatrics & Neonatology:
The department has specialized wards such as NICU, PICU, and a separate ward for children. The department is being managed by a team of paediatric & Neonatal consultants and is supported by the senior resident in paediatrics.

NICU is fully equipped with the baby warmers, phototherapy units, pulse oxymeters, neonatal ventilator etc. The unit also provides the coverage to babies at the time of birth in labour room/operation theatre. The unit also runs immunization clinic. PICU is also fully equipped and connected with the central oxygen and suction pipeline system.

Department of tuberculosis & Chest Diseases:
It is functioning under the supervision of specialists of this branch. It is also having allergy testing arrangement and pulmonary function test facility.

Department of Dermatology & Veneorology:
It is functioning under the supervision of Dermatologist. Dr. Shailendra Jain is extending his services to the OPD & IPD Patients.

Department of Psychiatry:
Dr. Anil Gaur, Dr. S P Gupta and Dr. U C Verma are extending their specialized services to the patients admitted in the hospital.

Department of Anesthesiology & Critical Care Medicine:
A team of specialized anesthesiologists are providing their special care in the Operation Theatre, ICU and CCU. The department has 9-bedded ICU & 6-bedded CCU with bedside monitoring connected to central monitoring station for close observation. Both units are well equipped and connected with central oxygen, suction and compressed air system.

Pathology:
All kinds of pathological services are available round the clock. All reports are being checked & signed by the MD Pathology.

Radiology:
We have in-house facility for all kinds of radiological tests/investigation being look after by the radiologist. There is round the clock facility for all tests/investigations by the qualified technicians. A 300 MA X-ray machine, an ultrasound machine with colour Doppler facility and a mobile X-ray unit are functioning. Very soon we are planning to have our own CAT Scan, MRI & Gama Camera.
